      - Rates are based on two adults per room for 1 night and include 10% VAT.
      - Room check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
      - The gift may be partially changed or substituted due to hotel circumstances and will be provided at the front desk upon check-in.
      - Upon check-in, please present a photo ID for registration card completion and guest identification.
      - Some dates may sell out early, depending on the availability of rooms.
      - The fitness center allows entry for ages 16 and above for safety reasons.
      - Children 13 and under are not charged additional fees for room occupancy.
      - Pets and animals are not permitted, except for guide dogs.
      - Minors under 19 years old without a parent or legal guardian cannot stay at the hotel.

      · Cancellations and changes are free of charge until 6:00 PM, 1 day before the scheduled stay date.
      · For cancellations/changes after 6:00 PM, 1 day before the scheduled stay date, and no-shows.
      - Peak season (April, May, June, October, November, December 24, December 31): 80% of the first night's accommodation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
      - Off-peak season (periods other than peak season): 10% of the first night's accommodation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

      · Peak season (May, July, August, October, December 24, December 31)
      - Cancellations and changes are free of charge until 7 days prior to the scheduled stay date.
      - Cancellations and changes made between 6 days before and 2 days before the scheduled stay date (until 6:00 PM) will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the first night's rate.
      - Cancellations/changes after the 6:00 PM deadline (2 days before arrival) or no-shows will incur an 80% cancellation fee of the first night's rate.
      · Off-peak season (periods other than peak season)
      - Cancellation and changes are free of charge until 6:00 PM, 1 day before the scheduled stay date.
      - Cancellations/changes after 6:00 PM, 1 day before the scheduled stay date, or no-shows will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the first night's rate.
