      · Cancellations and changes can be made without penalty until 6:00 PM on the day before the scheduled stay.
      · For cancellations/changes after 6:00 PM on the day before the scheduled stay, and no-shows:
      - Peak season (April, May, June, October, November, December 24, December 31): A cancellation fee equal to 80% of the first night's accommodation charge will be applied.
      - Off-peak season (periods other than peak season): A cancellation fee equal to 10% of the first night's accommodation charge will be applied.

      · Peak season (May, July, August, October, December 24, December 31)
      - Cancellations and changes can be made without penalty up to 7 days before the scheduled stay.

      - For cancellations/changes after 6:00 PM, 2 days before the scheduled stay, or no-shows, a cancellation fee equal to 80% of the first night's accommodation charge will be applied.
      · Off-peak season (periods other than peak season)
      - Cancellations and changes can be made without penalty until 6:00 PM on the day before the scheduled stay.
      - Cancellations/changes after 6:00 PM on the day before the scheduled stay, or no-shows incur a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the first night's accommodation charge.
