      - Room check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by noon (12:00 PM).
      - Shilla Stay Plus Ihotewoo check-in is after 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.
      - Fitness center access is restricted to those aged 16 and above for safety reasons.
      - Minors under 19 years old without a parent or legal guardian cannot stay.
      (Based on check-in date, guests who have turned 19 can stay without legal guardians.)

      □ Reservation Cancellation/Change and No-Show Information

      · Cancellations and changes can be made without penalty until 6:00 PM on the day before the scheduled stay.
      · For cancellations/changes after 6:00 PM on the day before the scheduled stay, and no-shows:
      - Peak season (April, May, June, October, November, December 24, December 31):
      A cancellation fee equal to 80% of the first night's accommodation charge will be applied.
      - Off-peak season (periods other than peak season):
      A cancellation fee equal to 10% of the first night's accommodation charge will be applied.

      · Peak season (May, July, August, October, December 24, December 31)
      - Cancellations and changes can be made without penalty up to 7 days before the scheduled stay.
      - For cancellations and changes from 6 days to 2 days before the scheduled stay (until 6:00 PM), a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the first night's accommodation charge will be applied.
      - For cancellations/changes after 6:00 PM, 2 days before the scheduled stay, or no-shows, a cancellation fee equal to 80% of the first night's accommodation charge will be applied.
      · Off-peak season (periods other than peak season)
      - Cancellations and changes can be made without penalty until 6:00 PM on the day before the scheduled stay.
      - Cancellations/changes after 6:00 PM on the day before the scheduled stay, or no-shows incur a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the first night's accommodation charge.
