체크인은 오후 3시 이후, 체크아웃은 정오까지 입니다.
피트니스 센터는 안전상의 이유로 16세 이상 입장 가능합니다.
국내 거주하는 내ㆍ외국인에게 판매됩니다.

예약 변경 및 취소
성수기 (5,7,8,10월, 12/24, 12/31) :
숙박예정일 7일 전까지는 위약금 없이 취소 가능
숙박예정일 6일전~2일전 18시까지 취소 및 변경 시 최초 1박 요금의 20% 부과
위 기간 이후 취소 또는 변경 시(No Show 포함) 최초 1박 요금의 80% 부과
비수기 (성수기 외 기간) :
숙박 예정일 1일전 18시까지는 위약금 없이 취소 가능
위 기간 이후 취소(No Show 포함) 또는 변경 시 최초 1박 요금의 10% 부과

Cancellation refund policy
- Busy seasons (May, Jul., Aug., Oct., Dec. 24 and Dec. 31)
  - Cancellations will be accepted without penalty until 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.
  - Cancellations or changes made no later than 18:00, 2-6 days before the scheduled check-in date are subject to a penalty charge equal to 20% of the first-night’s room rate.
  - No-shows or cancellations/changes made after the time limit above are subject to a penalty charge equal to 80% of the first-night’s room rate.
  
  Off-seasons (off-peak periods)
  - Cancellations will be accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the day before the scheduled check-in date.
  - No-shows or cancellations/changes made after the time limit above are subject to a penalty charge equal to 10% of the first-night’s room rate.
  
  * To ensure more pleasant room arrangements during peak season, the check-out time will be changed to 11 a.m. (Peak season: July 1 - August 31, 2023)
  * For online reservations through the Shilla Stay homepage, only reservations made after 7 days of check-in can be canceled or changed online.
  * In case of cancellations or changes within 7 days before the scheduled check-in, please contact to the Shilla Stay Reservation office (+82-2-2230-0700)
