- Asia Miles accumulation and discount benefits are only available to customers who complete Cathay membership verification at check-in. These benefits cannot be applied retroactively after check-out. To ensure proper accumulation and discount application, please present your Cathay membership card (physical or digital) to staff at check-in.
- Asia Miles will be credited to the verified Cathay member’s account within seven business days after check-out, provided the guest’s information matches the Cathay membership details (name). Guests will earn 300 Asia Miles per night of stay.
(Example: For a 2-night stay, a total of 600 Asia Miles will be credited.)
- Partnership terms and conditions are subject to change based on company circumstances.
- Asia Miles will be credited to one verified Cathay member per stay. Transfer, resale, or division of miles between multiple guests is prohibited.
- Additional charges for room service, extra persons, or extra beds are not eligible for Asia Miles accumulation.
