    - Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the day prior to the scheduled check-in date.
    - If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in, or in the event of a no-show :
    · Busy season (Apr. ~ Jun., Oct., Nov. 12/24, 12/31) : The penalty is charged at 80% of the room rate for the first night.
    · Off-season (off-peak periods) : The penalty is charged at 10% of the room rate for the first night.
    [Shilla Stay Haeundae/Jeju/Yeosu/Jeonju]
    - Peak season (May, Jul, Aug, Oct, Dec. 24, Dec. 31)
    · Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
    · The penalty is charged at 20% of the room rate for the first night from six days until two days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
    · If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the 2 days prior to scheduled check-in, or in the event of a no-show, the penalty is charged at 80% of the room rate for the first night.
    - Off-season (off-peak periods)
    · Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the day prior to the scheduled check-in date.
    · If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in, or in the event of a no-show, the penalty is charged at 10% of the room rate for the first night.
